Welcome to the Jumbo Ugg Boots Factory tour!

To make a pair of Jumbo Ugg Boots, we pick the highest quality sheepskin.

A "clicking press" is used to cut individual panels from the skins.

After being cut to the right size, the panels are then sewn together using special industrial sewing machines.

Binding is stitched on for the final finish.

The soles are then glued to the boot upper.

Once this is done, the boots are sealed in bags.

And are ready to be delivered!
