I purchased a pair of tall jumbo's and did have a problem in that the seams came apart on one of the boots. I contacted customer service and was immediately sent a second pair and a container to send back the first pair. I love the boots and can't say enough about the friendly service. The second pair are wonderful with no problems. I give an excellent rating for this company.
